Once again, I was totally pleased with how I was treated and how he helped me to find the car that was right for me. Jacob is thorough and knowledgeable about the products he sells. He was never pushy but gave me the information to help me make my decisions on my own. He made my car buying experience easy and pleasant. I can understand why he's been working there for so long now. He's good. I was also very impressed with him because when I set up the appointment he said he was scheduled until 5pm. Even though he has a wife and kids, he ended up staying until 8:30pm to make sure that I had time to look and buy my new '17 Elantra. He never gave me any indication that I was keeping him from going home to his dinner and family. That's great customer service and it's much appreciated. I was also impressed with your finance guy, Jeff Warrington. Personable, friendly, clear and concise. He guided me though all the paperwork that's required and he offered me various warranty options without making me feel pressured. I liked the fact that he gave me the reasons why I should buy the various protection plans, gave me his opinions on which were the most important and then let me choose. That's a total win for me and it's much appreciated. I've bought a lot of cars over the years, some experiences have been pleasant enough, most have not but after working with these two guys, I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car though Hatfield Hyundai.
