best auto dealer shopping experience ever had been to three other dealers including Kia that day, Richie greater us, we told him what we had done, what we were interested in, asked him a bunch had been to three other dealers including Kia that day, Richie greater us, we told him what we had done, what we were interested in, asked him a bunch of questions, like the answers, test drove the Sante Fe and Tucson, went over base price and rebates available and financing, told him we had one more dealer to see and then home to make a decision which we did. called the next day, Richie was off, got Gerald, finalized what we wanted, checked financing, closed the deal. Katie took us through all the paper work, answered lots of questions, and when she was done the car was ready and we were off, and couldn't be happier. More
