I researched vehicles to death before stepping into a dealership. I decided on Hatfield Hyundai because they seemed to have the best selection and their prices were comparable to other dealers in the area. My salesperson couldn't have been a better match for me. Santa Fe purchase I had visited a number of dealerships looking to buy a new car, and visited Hatfield Hyndai to look at Santa Fes. The salesperson there, Dee, was fan I had visited a number of dealerships looking to buy a new car, and visited Hatfield Hyndai to look at Santa Fes. The salesperson there, Dee, was fantastic. No pressure, showed me whatever I wanted, including other models (and other dealerships) that would have lost him a sale. He seemed sincere in wanting to help me find the right car for my needs, even if it wasn't at Hatfield. I came back the next day to buy a Santa Fe from him. His service was outstanding, and he stayed late to make sure the car was programmed and I had everything I needed before I left the lot. I hate the whole car buying experience (right down there with dentists) but he made the whole experience tolerable and fun. Others there were good too, but Dee was great. More
