This is the second time in 3 years that I have dealt with Hatfield Hyundai in Columbus and Sales Rep Rich Highley to obtain an Elantra (2013 and 2016). Rich Highley worked with us for several months to coordinate the turning in of our 2013 Elantra and leasing the 2016 Elantra. Ended up being more than $3000 past my budget...More than what I was told and what he pointed out on the paperwork. Not to mention I was there getting another car because the Kia I previously purchased from them was being serviced and repeatedly returned to me with an engine light on (not returned the way I sent it to them) and had been in the shop for a month and a half. So they ended up finally cancelling the loan after all of the headaches I endured. As a customer I just want to let others know about my experience and that's it. I am done dealing with this company and will not recommend to anyone! Good riddens. Don't want to hear sorry about your overall experience because you gave me these experiences since I first came to this company. More
