Germain replaced two tires on the rear of my certified Lexus with two that had 4-4.5 inches of tread depth on them. My vehicle had 13700 miles on it. The front tires looked like they were new. The vehicle was dirty when I test drove it and it needed wheel bearings. The salesman tried to convince me that it was just the brakes since the car had supposedly sat for a while, but I insisted that it b wheel bearings. They did repair everything I requested in writing, but they also promised several things verbally during the sales process and did not deliver. I had additional issues with the vehicle two weeks after the sale ($1500 in repairs). Buyer beware. More
