Old school approach with lacking customer service Attempted to purchase a new Lincoln with the friends and family pin but could not get an accurate breakdown of plan pricing. Had a salesman give me a hand written total amount owed. Did not break down plan price, rebates, taxes or tags- just an out the door number that he stated was all I needed. Unless I was willing to leave a $5000 deposit for them to find me one, I could not have a breakdown in pricing. This is not in accordance with Lincoln plan buyer rules. More
