Could not be improved upon. March 1, 2017 Dropped my car off at 9:am for first 4000 mile check-up. Explained to Scot Moessner I had trouble starting it this morning. The most gracious and helpful staff anywhere I came to the dealer service department with a cracked driver-side window and, to be honest, I expected a hassle. Scott Moessner came immediately to my rescue and set the replacement wheels in motion. I was given an exact quote on cost. When the window came in I was seated in a waiting area that rivaled a hotel lobby with a lovely woman offering coffee, snacks, ice cream!!! By the way, the replaced window was perfect. I would certainly recommend Scott and the Germain Lincoln dealership to anyone needing service on their car. More
