Based on the performance of the service department, we recently purchased a 2017 Lincoln Navigator from Germain Lincoln. The purchase process was efficient, professional, and timely. Easiest vehicle purchase we have ever made. Dennis Leach in the Sales Department has a wonderful demeanor and a wealth of knowledge about the various Lincoln models. We highly recommend him. Tony Antonucci, Business Manager is wonderful to work with to finalize our purchase, conducting his portion of the transaction with professionalism and efficiency. Jim Barbarossa, the Sales Manager facilitated the value of our trade in and final purchase cost very quickly and courteously. Leslee Sass the Dealership Manager is a tremendous asset and oversees a huge operation with a keen eye toward customer satisfaction and efficiency. Denise DiClaudio is the glue that holds the dealership together. She was the first person we met at the dealership when we moved to Naples a year ago and she made us feel like part of the Germain family immediately. She is an outstanding representative of the dealership and makes all transactions and dealership visits a true pleasure. The addition of Melanie Fagan to the dealership as a hostess/concierge is also a delight as she serves visitors delicious treats and beverages, pampering customers and ensuring everyone is comfortable. We highly recommend the Germain Lincoln dealership in Naples for all aspects of automobile sales and service. More

Germain Lincoln keeps on getting better I currently have my 4th Lincoln leased from Germain Lincolnin the last 8 years. The reason I keep returning is the excellent sales experience and the I currently have my 4th Lincoln leased from Germain Lincolnin the last 8 years. The reason I keep returning is the excellent sales experience and the confidence I have in the Service Department. My most recent service experience involved my 2016 Lincoln MKX which had a problem requiring the car to be tied up for over a week. Justin Yoerger met me on arrival and worked with me to provide a loaner car for the time the car would be out of service. He made sure I was informed of the progress of the service and when the car was ready it was delivered back to me clean and in perfect condition. I have worked with Justin in the past and I know when I have an issue he is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I am completely satisfied when I get my car back. Every aspect of working with Germain Lincoln makes leasing a car from them a great experience. Confidence is how I would describe my impression of this dealership. More

I have been dealing with Justin Yoerger for over 2 years now. He has been so easy to work with and has been very helpful in making decisions on what to do with my vehicle. I am so happy with the way I have been treated I am in the process of possibly purchasing or leasing a MXC, possibly Black Label. Justin has answered all my questions and I feel very comfortable when bringing my vehicle in for service. More

Scott Messenger is my service man and he is very on "top of everything" and very nice to deal with. My only complaint is I liked the self serve coffee and food available at your old dealership. I am a big coffee drinker and felt embarrassed to keep asking her for more. One time she was so busy talking with a customer that I couldn't get served. Why pay the extra amount for a person, unless people were eating way too much!! I would certainly like to serve myself when I want. Above is a very small concern, just thought you would like to know. Power steering unit issues/fantastic service I had a $1250 power steering unit job done June 2016. Upon picking up the vehicle, I broke down on the way home. As it turned out, the power steering I had a $1250 power steering unit job done June 2016. Upon picking up the vehicle, I broke down on the way home. As it turned out, the power steering belt wasnt installed right and it broke off which in turn, tore my serpentine belt. I spoke with the service dept mgr Joe. He sent a tow truck, offered to bring me a rental to use. The next day, Joe called me to explain what happened. He then blew me away.. gave me back every dollar I paid the day before!!!! Wow!!! Who offers service lIke that these days! No one! Obviously they also replaced the serpentine belt and power steering belts again. I will never go anywhere else. My hubby has a new Ford Edge.. that vehicle will also be going there for all if it's needs. Thank you Germain and Joe for outstanding service! Joe told me that his father always told him "it's not about the mistakes made, it's how you recover from it". Words I will use in my daily life. More
Repair of 2016 MKX I took my week old 2016 MKX in to see Scott Moesner, my Service Advisor, because the Lincoln My Touch was acting up. It turned that the hard drive had I took my week old 2016 MKX in to see Scott Moesner, my Service Advisor, because the Lincoln My Touch was acting up. It turned that the hard drive had failed in it. The part was backed ordered from Ford. Scott went to dealer management who approved taking the part from another new Lincoln and putting it in my car and then replacing it in the unsold car when the part came in. This is another example of Scott and Germain always putting the customer first. Dave D. More
