I brought my VW beetle in for service and told them to pay attention to its cleanliness. I received my VW convertible back with a discolored drivers seat. They must has spilled oil on it and tried to cl pay attention to its cleanliness. I received my VW convertible back with a discolored drivers seat. They must has spilled oil on it and tried to clean it with a degreasing agent. Upsets me every time a look at it. The service rep told me that they cover the steering wheel and seat prior to service. Yet, as I watched this person with dirty and greasy clothes climb into my vehicle, that was not the case. After looking at the service bay, (dirty and congested) I told the service rep to cancel my service, but she said they have already started working on it. Even today, as I look at my previous pristine condition 2009 VW Convertible Beetle, (Purchased at Gervais VW), I am very upset at the damage done and their denying any thing like that happened. More
