I sent an email to the GM "Bobby" My Bluetooth in my new 2017 AllTrack stopped working, he responded to me on his day off... he booked me a service appointment, all I needed to do was show up. I showed up just before 2pm they took me right in "No Waiting" the whole sales and service team was so hospitable, I didn't feel like I was bringing my car in for service, but was visiting some great friends. As a long time Customer Service Manager, this is what I call "Customer Service"!!! After the Diesel mess I truly did not plan to buy another VW, I'm glad my son talked me into going to Gervais, they changed my mind!!!!!!!!!! More
