I went to this dealership for help with my 2023 Ram and it turned into a sales for those that I thought would be of help. It was a case of the Ram not being able to tow the weight I needed it to tow and it turned into a sales for those that I thought would be of help. No one in service department will answer phone, voicemails, or written messages. Impossible to find out what is going on or status of vehicle.
