I had a car towed in on a Saturday with dead battery and flat tire. I know it won’t be looked at until probably late Monday. Tuesday I call to see if it got seen, get told it hasn’t even been recorded in flat tire. I know it won’t be looked at until probably late Monday. Tuesday I call to see if it got seen, get told it hasn’t even been recorded in systems yet. Couple hours after that I get a call to see what’s up. So then get told there are appointments ahead of me. Well had Joey recorded the car I would have been in queue 2 days earlier. But ok. So it is what it is. Wednesday I check again get a hostile text that nobody is looking at it. Thursday I call to say I’m bringing a tow truck to move the car. You guys are busy I know it’s the season I’ll just go elsewhere. Half an hour later I get a call the car is ready. Whatever. More

They do not stand behind their cars. We bought a used vehicle and have been in 8 times and still not fixed. Also the changed out the radio with a cheap alternative and now we don’t have We bought a used vehicle and have been in 8 times and still not fixed. Also the changed out the radio with a cheap alternative and now we don’t have a back up camera like previously. The arrogant used car manager wouldn’t even meet with us even though we have been there 8 times and still have to come back. This dealer needs new management. We even offered to buy an appropriate radio if they would install it. The manager said no. Now we have to get the air conditioner fixed. Terrible. More
