My 2016 Chrysler 300 started having issues where my headlights would shut off and not come back on. My car was in and out of cape Chrysler 4 times over a span of 4 months at times weeks on end with no headlights would shut off and not come back on. My car was in and out of cape Chrysler 4 times over a span of 4 months at times weeks on end with no vehicle every time I was told it’s fixed you can come and get it. Each time not once did I make it home without my headlights shutting off on me. Finally the 5th time I took it to gettel even though it’s about a 45 minute drive from our home but within 3 days they found the issue, ordered the parts and had my car fixed immediately. I’ve now had my car back for 5 days and headlights are working great no more shutting off. Thanks to gettel for having great customer service, understanding and getting my car back on the road safe for my family! More

We were very pleased with our service appointment. Nick was very pleasant as was Paul who first welcomed us. I was impressed when I asked Nick if customers usually tipped him. His response” no they don’t, actually it’s the technician who should be tipped but they usually aren’t “. We did give him a tip and asked him to see that the technician got it.
