We had been to 3 repair shops before Gettel Ram. Nick in Gettel Ram Service Dept got it fixed. Our bluetooth would not work in our new truck. Feedback pops kept knocking the sysrem out. Nick was very nice and helpful. Checking in was simple. Everyone took action as they knew what to do. Difficult but simple problem on my 2021 RAM 2500. Problem was tailgate would not like. Took one morning to test, order part and 2nd day to fix. But that did not repair, so another morning to test and Problem was tailgate would not like. Took one morning to test, order part and 2nd day to fix. But that did not repair, so another morning to test and order 2nd morning to replace but still did not work so repairman, service advisor and myself discussed participated together to try to understand. Repairman went back to vehicle and checked problem again, changed codes and lock WORKED. Actually it never worked correctly since new and now it does. Amazing result. Thanks. More

We purchased a Pacifica van 2 years ago and the sales staff were very good. we had an incident with our van a few days ago and needed to order a new mirror. Talked to the parts department and they said staff were very good. we had an incident with our van a few days ago and needed to order a new mirror. Talked to the parts department and they said we would need to come into the business to place the order as they do not take credit card information over the phone. We bought it elsewhere as we are 45 minutes from them. Can not believe we could buy a car for 39K but not a 89.00 part with our Credit Card. Bad business Practice. Jerry & Dawn More
