I took my vehicle in on Saturday for the normal oil change/service etc. While speaking with Nick, he checks the computer and notices I do not have any more free oil change services and that it will cos change/service etc. While speaking with Nick, he checks the computer and notices I do not have any more free oil change services and that it will cost me to have the services done. I don’t mind paying for services but it bothered me the way he said it like he was happy to charge me. I told him I didn’t have an issue paying and that I thought my warranty covered it and was trying to explain about the extra warranty I had purchased but he was quick to tell me it didn’t cover it any more and didn’t really care to listen. I waited 2 1/2 hours for my vehicle to get an oil change, rotate tires and change filters. I could have gone elsewhere to have my vehicle serviced, been done sooner and probably with better customer service. Last time I take my vehicle there! More
