They’re very professional in the service department where I took my Ram. They have good records on the vehicle and keep track of what needs to be done based on mileage. No communication between service department and customer. I was there for oil change ... Could not prove to me they did inspection of tires. Breaks filters etc. gave me such rediculous excuses why nothing I was there for oil change ... Could not prove to me they did inspection of tires.
