on Tuesday August 30th 2022 I had an appointment at 7:30 am for an oil change and tire rotation, when I got home I noticed an oil spot under my 2008 Ram where there isn't any oil spots on my driveway. Upon further inspection the drain plug on the oil pan was loose and dripping oil onto the driveway. At that time I called Donald G. to let him know what happened. Next thing I had to do was to get a 13mm wrench to tighten the drain plug. I am not happy with your business due to the fact twice before you sent me home with a loose oil filter that was also leaking oil. good thing I caught it. As of right now your dealership has lost my trust, even though the service manager put me in for a free oil change and tire rotation. I'm not sure I want to come back. I bought a 2019 from you and my 2008 was serviced there. On my 2008 is due for a 5 year inspection in January I'm not sure if I will bring it to you plus I have one more oil change that I bought for my 2019 ram, after that I don't if I can trust your dealership to do the work on that either. I also lost 2 of the tire stem covers that apparently weren't put back on tightly after I guess the tire pressure was checked? I ordered a new set from eBay. The tire repair kit to my amazement was missing, I found out while vacuuming. I bought a slim kit today for tire repair at advanced auto in punta gorda today. Only received one key gob, but the sales add said there was 2 in this deal. I'll have a second one made tommrow from the orange truck that says keys on the side. It not big stuff but it matters. Details say a lot... In the end I'd do business with this dealership again. More
