I called about the fuel pump recall on my Ram 3500 and was told I'd be notified when parts were available. I didn't get a call so inquired again in July and was told they would have to diagnose my truck b was told I'd be notified when parts were available. I didn't get a call so inquired again in July and was told they would have to diagnose my truck before ordering the fuel pump. It took two weeks to get an appointment just to be told they would indeed have to order the part. It's been nearly three weeks and still no ETA on the part. More

I special ordered my truck. I was in Michigan when it arrived. Within 2 months it was built. The paperwork was mailed up to me to sign and when I got back home I just had to g I was in Michigan when it arrived. Within 2 months it was built. The paperwork was mailed up to me to sign and when I got back home I just had to go pick it up. What a beautiful truck everything that I wanted was there. Highly recommend!! More
