Thank you for giving us the opportunity to repair your vehicle in our collision shop. We thank you for your comments. They are concerning. We apologize for the poor communication from our associate and are sorry for the inconvenience to you for having your vehicle for so long. In regards to the parts - we have been having a difficult time getting parts as with most businesses especially for a 2012. We are required to use the replacement parts that the insurance companies approve. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.

A terrible excuse that seems to be used by everyone. The worst part about this whole experience is that we spent over $12,000.00 and the vehicle was STILL NOT CORRECTLY FIXED. We had to take it to a repair shop near our home and it will now cost us an additional $3,000.00 to fix the vehicle PROPERLY. Do the right thing and reimburse us for the additional costs that were supposed to be done by gettel.
