The whole process was efficient, professional and marked with honesty and integrity. I fully expected rotors and pads. This is the WORST dealership in SW Florida. They lie, don’t replace parts but charge you for new, terrible communications, and over charge for everything. Zero professionals on staff, I wouldn’t trust them ever again! Not even to fix a tricycle! I will tell everyone I know- do not give them business! Horrible to deal with- no one calls you back! One of the worst experiences ever! I literally developed an ulcer due to the stress of dealing with them. They always needed to order more parts! Had my vehicle for four months!!! They don’t care about their customers and they have terrible customer service! More
