I went for a warranty repair and needed a rental car. Jordan the service advisor was very nice and knowledgeable. He kept me informed as to what was going on and the costs. I brought the truck in for several items were not even addressed. Besides the oil change and tire rotation, there were 3 main reasons I brought the truck in. 1) The slide cover over the truck bed opens up addressed. Besides the oil change and tire rotation, there were 3 main reasons I brought the truck in. 1) The slide cover over the truck bed opens up every time you drive it. They just closed and locked it and said it wS working properly. It opened up on my drive home. 2) I asked them to update the GPS & check out the screen. It has just turned off several times, and happened when I was in busy cities, like San Antonio. They said it was up to date and worked properly. 3) The key fiber doesn't always recognize the driver. Because they couldn't replicate the issue, they said it was working properly. More
