I was left very disappointed with my visit on 3/10/22 It took me a whole month to get an appointment for an oil change. I’ve called everyday in the middle of January to the middle of February being told tha took me a whole month to get an appointment for an oil change. I’ve called everyday in the middle of January to the middle of February being told that they’ll give me a call back. I would wait days and still haven’t received a call back to simply schedule my oil change. But to top it off I waited two hrs for my car to finish up. On approaching my vehicle I found that the door handle was broken. Employees of the dealership tried putting the blame on me as if I came to the dealer with the door handle broken. The way the employees handled the situation was a complete disgrace. How can they try blaming me for something when they initially got into the vehicle the handle was working when they drove into the garage to start the oil change. I’ve never had an issue with the door handle. Though they ended up fixing my door. They then continued with lies stating it’s a common occurrence but I haven’t had an issue with the car since I got it. In the following evening I went to fill up my car but as I was trying to pop the gas cap open the button for it was no longer working. Another feature that worked before going to this dealership. You would think getting your car serviced at a dealer would be better suited than the common local shops. But clearly I was wrong. This was one of the worst visits I’ve ever had. Instead of simply apologizing for the damages they proceeded to lie and defended the driver who broke the handle. I commend them for their loyalty to their coworkers but it’s awful when it’s against a customer especially when the employees are in the wrong. More

Things are disorganized perhaps due to staffing difficulties facing many businesses today. Those staff members I encountered were pleasant and helpful.
