Nick Conti, Assistant Service Manager, was courteous and professional and I believe he wanted to help. The individual that drove my truck to and from the diagnostic station returned it for pickup with the professional and I believe he wanted to help. The individual that drove my truck to and from the diagnostic station returned it for pickup with the right side undercarriage completely impacted with mud which I have been unable to completely remove. He didn't even have enough sense to clean it. I didn't notice it until I got home as I entered the truck on driver side. I did not purchase this truck from Gettel because of negative experience on a previous Ram. Let me conclude by saying I will not use Gettel for service or purchase again. Sincerely, C.R. As for service, they told me my extended warranty didn’t cover the repair on my previous car and it would be $3900 out of pocket. After multiple calls and reaching out to external company, I found out it was actually covered and “the computer was wrong”. As always service team seems overwhelmed and actual services take way too long. More
No idea who Shelby Day is in the last question. I purchased my truck through Josh but it needed bodywork before I could take delivery. The sales manager insisted it would be two or three days. Turned out to be seve and that clearly wasn’t enough time. Dealing with Josh was excellent. However the bodywork performed on the truck is really subpar, actually it’s bad. You can see the damage 30-40 feet away. Not only that, but there’s dust all through the interior that was supposedly cleaned from all the sanding.and buffing. The windshield is covered in overspray, and they must have use a xxxx of a lot of hardner, because it is not coming off even with a razor blade. And the body lines aren’t even straight. I’m really upset for what I paid for this truck At a minimum, I think Gettle owes me reimbursement to have the bodywork redone by a professional shop, and a full interior and exterior detail to get rid of all the dust and overspray that I still can’t get rid of after two weeks of trying to clean. I dreamed of owning this truck but now it’s just disappointing when I see the damage walking up to it in a parking lot. More

Bought my jeep 3 months ago. I was told my first oil change is free. I get there and I was told the salesman was lying. I paid $100 for an oil change that I could have gotten 5 m I was told my first oil change is free. I get there and I was told the salesman was lying. I paid $100 for an oil change that I could have gotten 5 minutes from my house as I live in south fort Myers. Then the next day after my oil change my car had a weird smell .. almost blew my engine because they never put the oil cap back so my oil exploded everywhere under my hood! Not a care in the world they had when I called them to let them know. More
