I’m trying to order a part for my Ram truck that was broken during my last service. Discussed with Chance and agreed Gettel would install for free if I bought the part. Called the part department they said they could get it in but I needed to talk to a service. I had to leave a message and have not heard back. Now I guess I need to start the process all over again. This is frustrating. More
