Waited 3 weeks for an appointment only to have service take some pictures in 15 minutes and send me on my way. Said they would call in a couple days, and let me know what the plan was. 10 days later no ca take some pictures in 15 minutes and send me on my way. My service rep, Paul was awesome. I went in for an oil change and ended up getting the 60,000 mile service and an Uber ride home, so I didn't have to spend my whole day there.
