Service request for auto butler should not taken 5 plus hours to complete and then you still have to wait extended amounts of time. Also my antenna was left off my vehicle and it is very inconvenient for m hours to complete and then you still have to wait extended amounts of time. The dealership closes at 7pm and we called and let Joshua know that we were going to be late. HE said that was fine and we arrived at 7:30. We didn't leave the dealership until 11:30pm and he was very nice, know that we were going to be late. HE said that was fine and we arrived at 7:30.
