No communication between service department and customer. I was there for oil change ... Could not prove to me they did inspection of tires. on Tuesday August 30th 2022 I had an appointment at 7:30 am for an oil change and tire rotation, when I got home I noticed an oil spot under my 2008 Ram where there isn't any oil spots on my driveway. Upon am for an oil change and tire rotation, when I got home I noticed an oil spot under my 2008 Ram where there isn't any oil spots on my driveway. Upon further inspection the drain plug on the oil pan was loose and dripping oil onto the driveway. At that time I called Donald G. to let him know what happened. Next thing I had to do was to get a 13mm wrench to tighten the drain plug. I am not happy with your business due to the fact twice before you sent me home with a loose oil filter that was also leaking oil. good thing I caught it. As of right now your dealership has lost my trust, even though the service manager put me in for a free oil change and tire rotation. I'm not sure I want to come back. I bought a 2019 from you and my 2008 was serviced there. On my 2008 is due for a 5 year inspection in January I'm not sure if I will bring it to you plus I have one more oil change that I bought for my 2019 ram, after that I don't if I can trust your dealership to do the work on that either.
