I have a least vehicle that had a major problem which should should have been taken care of right away but it wasn't.. The employee no longer worked there when I called to see if my part itwas ready afte should should have been taken care of right away but it wasn't.. The employee no longer worked there when I called to see if my part itwas ready after a month of not hearing anything.. I have been Fixing the problem myself with putting towels and towels and shammy's in the back window so that everything didn't get ruined inside but unfortunately before I realized there was a major problem there was water coming out of the speaker.. I honestly don't know if it is gonna be a problem as a right this moment it's not it's not but there is no reason why I had to wait almost 2 months and if it wasn't for me calling and tracking down and taking care of stuff it wouldn't have been done. I will say the woman named Shelby was very very helpful she was the last person that I had to deal with and she Stayed on top of everything and got me taken care of right away I appreciate that period More
