Appointment was made a week in advance. Time 1:00 PM. Had to wait while service for an oil change was performed. It took over 3 hours for a simple oil change. People in the waiting room Time 1:00 PM. I was there early, before my allotted time. Had to wait almost 20 minutes for a service adviser to check me in. It took 15 minutes to check out when they finally brought the car around. I let them know when I checked in and when I made the reservation that I needed the car quickly to go to another appointment. For a basic oil change service - actual time over 3 hours - is unacceptable. Check your records on my timing and see how grossly unacceptable your service was for such a simple procedure. More
