That is the dumbest excuse couldn’t expect any better what does the strike have to do with customer service communication you guys need to be put out of business I have read all the service dissatisfaction from a lot of customers and the fact that you think you can get away with it with these generic responses is appalling, I will make it my business to re outfit our fleet away from ram to foes at this point and also will spend my free time informing others to stay away from your dealership!
