I don't know where you found him - but the young man that facilitated our service while we were there (I think his name was Russell) - but he was absolutely the best I have ever experienced. Sent us home without a registration, ( it’s illegal to drive without one ) and lied to us about financing. Told us if we paid it off to Suncoast in less than a month we wouldn’t get charged a penny. That drive without one ) and lied to us about financing. Told us if we paid it off to Suncoast in less than a month we wouldn’t get charged a penny. That is NOT the case. We were charged $100 finance fee! ( would have paid cash had we known that). Our salesman was great and spent a long time trying to fix problems caused by the finance department . The manager was the one who assured us that financing for less than a month was the same as cash and the finance department was inept- didn’t give us the proper documentation and put on a license plate that we didn’t need ( and we told them we didn’t need it), I would suggest going elsewhere.
