I had a major repair job done last fall. The same problem started happening again so I made a service appointment. I had to wait a full month-almost 5 weeks-for the 1st available slot. Unlike the dealerships that I dealt with in Fort Myers, I was pleasantly surprised here. I also asked for an oil change and didn’t get the usual “hey you need this and that” up-charge gimmick that typically occurs. Heck, as a bonus, they even provided a convenient round trip Uber ride. Once again, the Gettel Jeep dealership has done an outstanding job. They worked hard to track down a leak in our oil cooler. They allowed us to leave our car at the dealership while we were overseas f outstanding job. They worked hard to track down a leak in our oil cooler. They even went so far as a complete detailing of the car at no charge to us. Nick Conti was our service rep. and as before was very attentive to our needs. He even helped replace my card fob case with an inexpensive third party one saving us about $150. Great service!! More
