I am very disappointed in this car dealer carrying the Dodge franchise name, which I believe, in my opinion, they should not be allowed to do so. I spent $74,000 buying a dodge challenger hellcat with a “ Dodge franchise name, which I believe, in my opinion, they should not be allowed to do so. I spent $74,000 buying a dodge challenger hellcat with a “clean title” that turned out to be crashed. When made aware, the dealership quickly swept everything under the rug and took the car back, completely disregarding the insurance money I spent. They ran my credit. I paid $500 in detailing the vehicle plus carrying costs on loan. These individuals ultimately sent me home on my way with no vehicle time wasted money spent, and there was no apology from the sales manager, a GM, or the owner. There is a substantial complete disregard for customer service at the dealership. I was just very unhappy with the whole transaction. The sales guy Mike was one of the better parts of this entire transaction. Everyone else, from managers and finance managers, was very unhelpful, and it almost felt forced to get them to make things right on their end. I purchased a car with a clean title and low miles. I even paid gap insurance, and it turns out it was crashed. You would think that the professionals in this industry since they carry a franchise name, would do their own due diligence to provide excellent customer service, and quality vehicles, which was ultimately the opposite at this location. Every time I get my Jeep serviced here, it comes back with something wrong with it. I pre purchased oil changes, which is why I went back this time - oil change and tire rotation. My Jeep came back with with something wrong with it. I pre purchased oil changes, which is why I went back this time - oil change and tire rotation. My Jeep came back with the Traction light lit and it won’t turn off. I had to drive 300 miles like that, as I was headed out on a road trip the next day. Also, my hood wasn’t latched and I noticed it bouncing as I was driving and had to stop to latch it. I don’t understand the incompetence. I keep giving feedback and nothing improves. More
