I recently needed service on my 2020 Challenger Hellcat while I was on the road for work. Every single person in the service drive seemed like they didn't want me there because I didn't have an appointment while I was on the road for work. I finally spoke to an advisor named Joe who filled me in on the process of having my vehicle serviced and was very helpful. Imagine my surprise when I called a few days later to make an appointment and he had been fired. I won't be bringing my business here simply because it seems to me that the service management are morons for getting rid of the only guy that wanted to help. More
