Difficult but simple problem on my 2021 RAM 2500. Problem was tailgate would not like. Took one morning to test, order part and 2nd day to fix. But that did not repair, so another morning to test and Problem was tailgate would not like. Took one morning to test, order part and 2nd day to fix. But that did not repair, so another morning to test and order 2nd morning to replace but still did not work so repairman, service advisor and myself discussed participated together to try to understand. Repairman went back to vehicle and checked problem again, changed codes and lock WORKED. Actually it never worked correctly since new and now it does. Amazing result. Thanks. More
