Nicholas could have informed me, in the hour and a half I was there, that my maintenance contact had expired 3 weeks prior. He also said it took longer because of an oil spill while changing it. I called 3 times to confirm that a rental or loaner would be available given warranty work. I was driving up from ft myers. Also was told that the rental would be at no charge.
