The worst experience I have EVER has with a dealership. Jake dropped the ball big time would NEVER return a call to! I would rate him 0 stars! I needed service for my 2018 Pacifica. I had a nail in my tire and needed a wheel lock key. With out it we could not get the tires off. I called the dealership, I had to bring the van in. I only gave them 3 stars for now because the problem that it was in for and supposedly fixed was not. If they had started the car and tested it a couple of times they would have known that.
