As soon as I walked in the doors, Christopher Chong walked over and offered to help even though he wasn’t a sales associate. He started by asking what I was interested in and what my price range was. Given my tight budget, I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to make it work, but they were confident they could help me. Eventually he passed me off to Nigel Morris, who was on the sales team and he got me comfortable with the vehicle, answered any questions I had and worked with me to get a great deal. Once they worked me through the specifics, they got me over to Caitlyn Gray, who helped me through the finances. She was great to work with and did not spend time haggling me to get me to upgrade my care package. I would 100% use them again and will definitely recommend to others. Thanks again! More

I woke up in the morning and went on the hunt for my new Telluride and called dealerships on the East and West coast of Florida as well as Northern Georgia. I reached out to 7 different dealerships to get various price quotes and waited for them to get back to me. I was given various answers and had difficulty getting a straightforward answer on the final number on the quote UNTIL I got to Gettel Kia of Bradenton. I initially spoke with Elijah Chkhartishvili, Sales Associate and he was quick to answer all my questions demonstrating his extreme competence and job knowledge. He explained he would get back quickly with a quote and did so. This quote came in 3-4 thousand dollars below all the other dealerships! I was a bit skeptical but soon got a follow up call from Patrick Bernard, Sales Manager. Patrick was straight forward, answered all my questions and explained that they don’t play games and the price was true. I was a little worried as I had to driver over 5 hours to go there and wanted to make sure that there wouldn’t be any changes. My wife and I were met by Elijah on arrival and the vehicle was detailed, fueled up and read to go for a test drive. He took his time, always smiling while he answered a plethora of questions from my wife and I. After the drive we were sold and ready to complete the paperwork. He was knowledgeable and organized and Patrick and his team were always nearby to ensure the process went smoothly. We quickly completed the paperwork, and they were even able to beat the interest rate that we had with USAA for the financing, big bonus! A big thanks to Hayden Johnson for helping us navigate the finance paperwork and additional options. In the end, we got outstanding customer service, the exact vehicle we wanted for the best price and left with huge smiles on our faces. We are grateful to Patrick, Elijah and Hayden for their assistance in this process of buying a new vehicle.
