Three other dealerships refused to evaluate my car’s issues even though my engine light was flashing. I phoned your dealership and they told me they would make time to evaluate my car & would fix it if issues even though my engine light was flashing. I phoned your dealership and they told me they would make time to evaluate my car & would fix it if possible. Two and a half hours my car was repaired, it is under warrantee, so there was no charge. I will have my car serviced there & I will recommend you to other friends & family. Thank you More

We were just visiting the area from Kentucky, we needed to get an oil change to stay on track. The dealership is under construction so we waited in a trailer. The experience was ok, coffee, treats and clea to get an oil change to stay on track. The dealership is under construction so we waited in a trailer. The experience was ok, coffee, treats and clean restrooms available. It just took a while longer than we are used waiting. He did mention our air filter and cabin filter would need changed soon. Which was ok but not necessary as we have a great service Dept here in Florence. Ky. Where we bought our car and prefer them as we have developed a relationship with them. More
