Driver's side door frame had 3 small dings that weren't there when we dropped it off for repairs. Additionally, one tire had only 7 PSI when I picked the car up. Worse service I’ve ever had. Made a 830 appt for simple oil change and tire rotation on a 2022 Telluride. Didn’t get out until 1130. Not sure who failed or where the process failed but definitely not pleased with the service. The advisor said I had a recall for a hitch. I don’t even have a hitch. So why did it take 3hrs? Why did I make an appointment? All great questions. I’d rather drive 30-40min to another Kia dealership. More
