WORST car dealership I have ever dealt with, and I have bought several cars in my lifetime. First, the finance guy lied to us about issues with our interest rate, credit score, and never made inquiries wit bought several cars in my lifetime. First, the finance guy lied to us about issues with our interest rate, credit score, and never made inquiries with our bank of choice (long story). Re-financed with our bank who then told us we were entitled to GAP insurance refund. Took a couple weeks to get the paperwork to start it. Sent it 08/28 via email. No acknowledgement of receipt. When I asked for verification, I was told it was received and it should take 6 weeks. Its been 2 months with no refund, and 3 emails to 3 different people (including top manager) and NO RESPONSE More
