As far as service, I don't trust them entirely. But since I was "talked into" the service contract I'll continue to utilize the service dept. As far sales! I was originally dragged on for almost 6 hours in and "attempt" to purchase a vehicle. The sales person didn't know the product and when it came time for the business manager, I tried to explain that my wife & I were on a fixed income we'd like the payments to be as close to $450 per month or less. I was so worn down I signed an agreement for $495. My wife passed away last year and without her added income, I am now robbing Peter to Paul. Having a reasonable sense of luck at Gettel Toyota, I tried my luck. After explaining my situation (hoping to utilize your buy back program) I was shown a piece of junk. Then the salesman tried to show a car for "only $504 a month! I wish I had kept my '11 Camry which I purchased new. More

This was the third strike for their service department. First, They replaced my battery and forgot to tighten the terminals. Second, replaced passenger window parts and forgot to reconnect rods to door han First, They replaced my battery and forgot to tighten the terminals. Second, replaced passenger window parts and forgot to reconnect rods to door handles. Third, they replaced the engine in my 2017 Sportage. Headlight is cracked, and both hood seals over the lights are ripped off. I called the service, no response. Then, left a message with the service manager. Again, No response. This is my 5th Kia. Love them. As far as the service at Bradenton. I think I would trust anyone else to do a better job. More
