My service technician was awesome. Friendly and informative. Told me exactly what needed to be done. The only negative thing I could say is that the man who greeted me upon arrival had Friendly and informative. Told me exactly what needed to be done. The only negative thing I could say is that the man who greeted me upon arrival had the personality of a junkyard dog. He was unfriendly and curt like I did something to make him angry. Don’t know what the problem was but he shouldn’t be greeting the customers. This is the first time in 4 years I’ve ever had a problem with anyone there. More
