It took me weeks to get an appointment for a recall for my vehicle. That normally wouldn’t be a problem but the recall states that if your airbag light comes on before the recalls done that you were gonna my vehicle. That normally wouldn’t be a problem but the recall states that if your airbag light comes on before the recalls done that you were gonna pull off the road and be towed to Kia dealership. The delay in appointment to have this rectified is completely unacceptable More

I am very happy with my Kia Soul and with the service I receive. I have also recommended this dealership to co workers who, in turn, also purchased vehicles there. We all park next to each other at work and joke that this is the Kia Soul parking area!!!! More
