Good oil change service at a reasonable price. Had a misleading experience. Was told that I needed a new right front axle because it was slinging grease. Quote of approximately $1300. Had my home dealer check it out a week later when I got home. Absolutely nothing wrong with the axle. They even let me crawl around under there while it was on the lift so I could see for myself. I have a lifetime of vehicle and equipment maintenance background. I know what I’m looking at. I left an unsatisfactory review because your service did not call back when I left messages. after leaving the messages and the review, I finally got a call back from your service manager that focused on the fact that you did not have parts available and all the excuses for that rather than on the misleading statement that I needed a new axle, which is the real issue.There is absolutely nothing wrong with this axle or the boots. You either have an incompetent tech, a clerical error, or deliberate unethical practice. Your dealership has broken all trust with me. More
