This service was much better than the previous one. I brought my car in due to the fact that cruise control had malfunctioned. I use cruise control often and it has never been an issue. I contacted the service rep telling her that the cruise is still not functioning and it disengages randomly while I’m drive , even without using cruise control. I brought the car back AGAIN and specifically asked for a different service tech. Saturday’s service tech found the issue immediately. More

Gettel Kia was the most convenient location for me. We reviewed online various SUVs and decided on either a Sorrento or Terruride. The sales rep serving us was Ed Marcado; and he's the best! Ed was in constant communication with us on car features, availability and was very open, direct and honest. While we changed our selection of vehicles, Kia Gettel was accommodative and we were able to get the car we eventually wanted. They helped find competitive financing which was a great help. I would recommend this dealership and be sure to look for Ed Marcado! More
