The service was excellent but I have two issues. #1 is the fact that the reason for my visit was the battery had been replaced and the instructions in the owners manual regarding resetting the sunroof wer the fact that the reason for my visit was the battery had been replaced and the instructions in the owners manual regarding resetting the sunroof were different than the technical service bulletin I found on this car. I could not get either of them to work. It seems unreasonable that the reset has to be done and that it was so difficult to do. The diagnostic for this cost $80 and should have been easy enough for an owner to do instead of being so difficult. This was the fault of KIA, not the fault of your service people and I am not blaming them. More

I was going to use a groupon for my first oil and filter, then found i had a $10 off service coupon for Gettle. I called and they said it would be $49 less $10. They said that includes taxes. As that was s then found i had a $10 off service coupon for Gettle. I called and they said it would be $49 less $10. They said that includes taxes. As that was same price as groupon i took to Gettle. They just did oil and filter- no tire rotation- and said price was $59 with coupon! I was so mad!!! They said it was taxes, but it was supposed to include taxes!!!! Will never go there again for service- price gauging!!!! More
