Told us tires were "bald" when they aren't (Firestone checked it at a 3 or 4). Told us our windshield wipers needed replacing but I just did it with high end blades a few months ago and they work great! checked it at a 3 or 4). The only reason I took our soul here was for the service update by the manufacturer (free update). They obviously were lying to make money off of us. Don't appreciate that the dishonesty, which is why I don't recommend. We also heard another customer say no to an alignment they said he needed because he just got one less than 6 months ago and doesn't drive the car. They are under construction for a new building... I wonder if they're trying to make up the cost of that :) Okay, that was a joke, but the dishonesty is not! I was nice and gave a 2 instead of a 1 because at least they did the work and an oil change that we added on. However, that did take 2 hours for a scheduled appointment. More

We had an excellent experience at Gettel KIA. We made an appointment to order a new KIA Telluride expecting to wait some time for it to be delivered. Instead we found that the dealership had a car enroute appointment to order a new KIA Telluride expecting to wait some time for it to be delivered. Instead we found that the dealership had a car enroute that was basically what we were ordering. The sale was made and Gettel gave us top dollars for our two trade-ins. More
