The dealership was kept clean and felt like very comfortable. My sales person however was very disrespectful and unprofessional. He started raising his voice and became upset because of my down paym comfortable. My sales person however was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Seemed like he was new because he did not have any answers to my questions like if the car had warranty or if any of the issues would be replaced. More

The sales person had zero knowledge. That's so disappointing when the "specialist" can't answer your questions. Simple question was 'how much horse power has the car' and the answer is ' That's so disappointing when the "specialist" can't answer your questions. Simple question was 'how much horse power has the car' and the answer is 'I don't know.' All the details of the car I had to ask about. Not a great experience. More

Yvonne was great. But management seemed to forget about me once i committed to buy. Took 47 days to get my other vehicle loan paid off by Kia Finance. Ignored email But management seemed to forget about me once i committed to buy. Took 47 days to get my other vehicle loan paid off by Kia Finance. Ignored emails and letters sent to owner and to llocation manager. Jacob in finance seemed to be overworked and things fell thru the cracks. For example I was to receive all paperwork and finance info at my winter location in Florida but it appears they sent it to my mailbox in South Dakota which I only get mail from 3 or 4 times a year. Called Kia finance the other day only to be on hold for 45 minutes waiting for someone to talk to. Did find out that my first payment not due till December 1st not November 19th like I thought which was 45 days after I bought the car. More
