The purchase experience was fine. What was promised and what has been received has been diametrically opposite. I won't buy from Gettel again nor would I recommend them. I payed over 60 grand with a check for two vehicles and have been treated like crap ever since. The vehicles are great but because of my experience with Gettel I'll never buy another Kia. More

When I arrived at Kia Russell was helpful on getting things going. Said it would be an hour and a half later. True to his word it was done. I was contacted that my car was finished. I went to pick it up up on my lunch break. First thing I noticed was the low tire pressure light was still on. At first it was suggested that I ju I went to pick it up up on my lunch break. First thing I noticed was the low tire pressure light was still on. At first it was suggested that I just take the car as is since the tires were full. I pointed out that this was one of the reasons I brought it in for. Then they took it back to the shop and three hours later, I noticed it parked outside. I asked what the delay was. The advisor indicated that the service manager was checking. Then they brought my car to the overhang and said "all fixed". I never heard from the service manager even after I left a voice mail. Just thought someone should know I was disappointed. More
