I brought my Kia Sportage to Gettel Kia for its 35k service. I had not purchased this vehicle from Gettel. The Service Advisor, Russell T. did an excellent job explaining the service to be done. He estimated the time required, as well as the cost prior to the work being done. The work was completed within the estimated time and Russell called me to let me know it was ready in a timely fashion. My car was not only done but it had also been washed and vacuumed!! I highly recommend Gettel Kia and their service. More
